NM is an Egyptian writer who is so famous in the field of modern Arabic literature that in 1988 he received the Nobel Prize in literature. Hamasa an-Nujum is one of the short stories in his short story collection which was only published after he died. It contains many social aspects which are a representation of his hometown and childhood. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with data analysis techniques used in the form of (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification. From this research it can be concluded that in the short story Hamasa An-Nujum by NM there are various social aspects, including socio-cultural aspects, educational aspects, economic aspects, moral aspects and religious aspects. Apart from that, in the author's sociology, it can be seen that NM is a contemporary writer in Arabic literature who was the first to explore the themes of existentialism, so that many of his works represent various human social lives. Among the social values in the short story that are in accordance with the author's social values are the economic, religious and social aspects.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fenomena sosial yang terdapat dalam cerpen Hamasa An-Nujum karya Najib Mahfudz. Najib Mahfudz merupakan seorang penulis Mesir yang begitu terkenal di bidang sastra Arab modern sehingga pada tahun 1988 ia menerima Hadiah Nobel bidang Sastra. Hamasa an-Nujum merupakan salah satu cerpen dalam kumpulan cerpennya yang baru terbit setelah beliau meninggal. Banyak mengandung aspek sosial yang merupakan representasi dari kampung halaman dan masa kecilnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) verifikasi data. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam cerpen Hamasa An-Nujum karya Najib Mahfudz terdapat berbagai aspek sosial, antara lain aspek sosial budaya, aspek pendidikan, aspek ekonomi, aspek moral, dan aspek keagamaan. Selain itu, dalam sosiologi pengarang terlihat bahwa Najib Mahfudz merupakan sastrawan Arab kontemporer yang pertama kali mendalami tema-tema eksistensialisme, sehingga karyanya banyak mewakili berbagai kehidupan sosial manusia. Human rights issues are one form of obstacles and contradictions that are often faced in the implementation of Islamic law in Aceh and the Middle East. In this article, we analyze how Islamic Sharia is implemented in Aceh and the Middle East as well as the obstacles and contradictions faced by the governments of Aceh and the Middle East. The research method used to analyze the problem is using qualitative descriptions with library research data collection techniques. The results obtained from data analysis are that Aceh implemented the Qanun Jinayat which was structured in such a way that there were no elements that would undermine human rights (HAM). In this case, everything has been prepared in law and Qanun Jinayat with the aim of maintaining and respecting human values in Aceh so that the people in Aceh are not oppressed, and in successful implementation it is important to involve Aceh traditional institutions. Meanwhile, in the Middle East, the application of Islamic law is the main basis for establishing law. The application of theory is done by using <em>sequence</em> theory or eight <em>sequences</em>. This theory is a more detailed and complex extension of Syd Field's three-act theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the technique of quoting sentences that are in accordance with the theory of eight sequences in Kamil Kilani's <em>Al-Lichyah Az-Zarqā'</em>. The results obtained from this study are that Kamil Kilani's <em>Al-Lichyah Az-Zarqā'</em> can be applied and analyzed using sequence theory which shows that the chapters in a story are not meant to inhibit creativity, but make the story more systematic.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tahapan struktur alur </span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Al-Lichyah Az-Zarqā'</span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> karya Kamil Kilani . Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah </span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Al-Lichyah Az-Zarqā'</span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> karya Kamil Kilani dapat diterapkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori sequence yang menunjukkan bahwa bab-bab dalam sebuah cerita bukan dimaksudkan untuk menghambat kreativitas, namun membuat cerita menjadi lebih sistematis.</span></p>2024-02-05T11:12:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 An-Nahdah Al-'Arabiyahhttps://journal3121.ar-raniry.ac.id/index.php/nahdah/article/view/4052Balaghah Ar-Ritsa’ Fii Syair Al-Khanasa’ Min Nihayah Al-Lafdhi Wa Al-Ma’ani2024-02-19T20:16:53+00:00Sumardi Sumardisumardi@ar-raniry.ac.idIvan Aulia Trisnadyivan.aulia@ar-raniry.ac.idZulkhairi Sofyanzulkhairi.sofyan@ar-raniry.ac.id<p style="text-align: right;">ومن شعراء المسلمين والصحابيات والمؤمنات والأمهات الصابرات الخنساء. ترتبط أشعار الخنساء بأهداف الشعر بشكل عام، ومنها الرثاء، وهو الغرض الشعري البارز في الشعر الجاهلي والإسلامي، ويحتل مكانة كبيرة في أشعار معظم الشعراء. فنجد رثاء الأحبة والأصدقاء، ورثاء المدن الهاربة، والبكاء على البلاد البائدة، وغير ذلك من أشكال الرثاء المتنوعة. تعتبر المرثية من الأغراض المهمة المستخدمة في الشعر العربي بشكل عام. ومنهج البحث الذي ينتهجه الباحث في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أي منهج يحاول تلخيص العلوم اللغوية من الجانب التاريخي والجانب المعياري، ومن تلك التي تدفع الباحث إلى البحث وتريد تحليلها هي خصائص شعر رثاء الخنساء من حيث الألفاظ والمعاني. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة أن معاني الحزن هي الفكرة الأساسية المسيطرة على شعر الخنساء، كما ترتبط بهذه الفكرة معاني أخرى كالبكاء والحنين. كان شعر الخنساء يعتمد على غرض واحد محدود، وهو رثاء الناس. وتتكرر الكلمات في شعرها للتأكيد على الشعر، وأفكارها تبكي على أخويها (صخر ومعاوية) وتبكي على أخيها صخر<em>.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">One of the Muslim poets, companions, believers, and patient mothers is Al-Khansa. Al-Khansa’a’s poems are related to the purposes of poetry in general, and one of them is lamentation, which is the prominent poetry purpose in pre-Islamic and Islamic poetry, and it occupies a significant place in the poems of most poets. We find lamentations for loved ones and friends, lamentation for fleeting cities, crying over defunct countries, and other various forms of lamentation. Elegy is one of the important purposes used in Arabic poetry in general. The research method that the researcher approaches in this research is the descriptive and analytical method, meaning a method that attempts to summarize the linguistic sciences from the historical aspect and the normative aspect, and those that motivate the researcher to research and want to analyze them are the characteristics of the poetry of lamentation for the Khansa’a in terms of words and meanings. One of the most important results that the researcher found is that the meanings of sadness are the main idea controlling Al-Khansa’a’s poetry, and other meanings are related to this idea, such as crying and nostalgia. Al-Khansa’a’s poetry was based on one limited purpose, which was to lament people. Ilham Shohibilhamshohib25@gmail.comZahro Wardawardahzahro196@gmail.comLutfi Rohayulutfirahayu@gmail.com<p style="text-align: right;">يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل استخدام كان وأخواتها في سورة مريم. هذا البحث هو بحث نوعي باستخدام أساليب البحث المكتبي. تستخدم تقنيات جمع البيانات التوثيق من خلال تحليل محتويات الوثائق المتعلقة بموضوع البحث. وجدت نتائج البحث 33 بيانات كانا تتكون من 25 كانا على شكل فيل مذي و 8 كانا في شكل فيل مضر. وفي الوقت نفسه، أخواتو كانا غير موجود في سورة مريم. تعمل كانا على تفسير العقائد وتأسيس رسالتها. اسم كانا يمكن أن يكون اسم معرب أو اسم مبني، في حين أن الخبر يمكن أن يكون في شكل مفرد، سيبه المبلغ، أو المبلغ. مثال: "وكان أبوكي إمرا-أن صاوي-آن" حيث "أبوكي" هي إسم كانا و"أمر-أن سو-إن" هي خبر كانا بصيغة المفرد.وفي الختام نجح هذا البحث في تحليل وتقديم أمثلة على استخدام كان وأخواتها في سورة مريم. ويمكن في المستقبل إجراء أبحاث مماثلة على سور أخرى لإضافتها إلى دراسة هذا الموضوع</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan kāna wa-akhawātuhā dalam Surah Maryam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian perpustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dengan menganalisis isi dokumen terkait topik penelitian.Hasil penelitian menemukan 33 data kāna yang terdiri dari 25 kāna berbentuk fi’il madhi dan 8 kāna berbentuk fi’il mudhari’. Sedangkan akhawatu kāna tidak ditemukan dalam Surah Maryam. Kāna berfungsi merafa’kan isme dan menasabkan khabarnya. Ism kāna bisa berupa ism mu’rab atau ism mabni, sedangkan khabarnya bisa berupa mufrad, syibh al-jumlah, atau jumlah. Contoh: “wa kaana abūki imra-an sawi-an” dimana “abūki” adalah ism kana dan “imra-an saw-in” adalah khabar kāna yang berbentuk mufrad.Simpulannya, penelitian ini berhasil menganalisis dan memberikan contoh penggunaan kāna wa- akhawātuhā dalam Surah Maryam.
